Roasted Barbecue Potatoes - Mmmm!

This is a recipe I just tried out about a week ago, and it is absolutely heavenly - better than I thought it would be before I made it! Try it out - you'll make it one of your regular weekly side dishes.

4 medium red potatoes, cut into 3/4 inch cubes
1 tablespoon vegetable oil or olive oil
2 tablespoons McCormick Grill Mates Barbecue Seasoning, or other brand
1 large onion, peeled, cut into thin wedges

Heat oven to 400 degrees. In a large bowl, toss potatoes with oil. Add barbecue seasoning and toss again to coat. Place potatoes on cookie sheet and spread onion wedges on top. Bake in oven for 30-40 minutes.

This dish is great with baked or bbq chicken, hamburger steaks, pork chops or just about anything else you can think of!
